[xampp設置]創建帳戶&允許遠地連線

創建新帳戶：
建兩個帳號，主機號分別為%及localhost

允許遠地端連mysql
改config(apache : httpd-xampp.conf)
在LocationMatch的tag 加入 Allow from all
